Fleshjack™ Returns/Exchanges
For your protection, we suggest all returns be sent via a traceable carrier.

What items do you accept for return/exchange?
We will NOT accept opened items for return or exchange unless the item has a manufacturing defect or was shipped incorrectly.

All items must be returned within 30 days from the date the item is delivered for product refund or exchange.

We cannot accept return merchandise that arrives without an RMA number on the outside of the package!

Defective or incorrect item(s):
If you opened the item but it is defective or if it is not the item you purchased please call our customer service department at 888-804-4453 begin_of_the_skype_highlighting              888-804-4453      end_of_the_skype_highlighting so we can resolve the issue for you. We will need to see pictures to verify it is a defect or the incorrect item. Once pictures verify it is a defect or the wrong item we will send a replacement at our expense. We do not need the incorrect/defective item(s) back.

*** You must contact us within 90 days of delivery for us to replace a defective/incorrect item. After 90 days we will not replace nor refund defective/incorrect items. ***

Product refund

If you would like a refund on an unopened item(s), start by contacting us to obtain an RMA number. Be sure to include your RMA number on the outside of the package before shipping. After receiving and inspecting the returned merchandise, we will reimburse your credit card for the purchase price of the item, less the original shipping fee. Please allow us 10 business days from the time we receive your item to process your return. Please note that we will not issue a partial product value refund on package deals; all unopened items from a package deal must be returned together to receive a refund.

Product exchange

If you would like to return an unopened item(s), start by contacting us to obtain an RMA number. Be sure to include your RMA number on the outside of the package before shipping. Be sure to include a money order (we do not accept cash or personal checks) for the shipping cost to return the item to you. Please allow us 10 business days from the time we receive your item to process your return. If you refuse a non-defective item, you will be charged for the return shipping costs. If you do not pay these costs directly to the carrier in advance, they may be deducted from your refund, after the product is returned.

Remember that we will only offer an exchange on package deals if all items are being exchanged together!
