Fleshjack™ Returns/Exchanges
For your protection, we suggest all returns be sent via a traceable carrier.
What items do you accept for return/exchange?
We will NOT accept opened items for return or exchange unless the item has a manufacturing defect or was shipped incorrectly.
Unopened items may be returned within 30 days from the date that you received your order for product refund or an exchange.

We cannot accept return merchandise that arrives without an RMA number on the outside of the package!
Defective or incorrect item(s):
If the item you received is opened but the item is defective or if it is not the item you purchased; start by contacting us to obtain a RMA number (Return Merchandise Authorization). Be sure to write the RMA number on the outside of the package before shipping.
For a shipping reimbursement, include a copy of the receipt for shipping the item to our offices. Shipping reimbursements will ONLY be refunded for packages shipping via standard delivery service. Charges related to overnight or 2-day shipping will NOT be refunded in full. We will pay for the shipping fee to resend your order via standard FedEx or USPS delivery. Please allow us 10 business days from the time we receive your item to process your return.
Unopened item(s):
Product refund
If you would like a refund on an unopened item(s), start by contacting us to obtain an RMA number. Be sure to include your RMA number on the outside of the package before shipping. After receiving and inspecting the returned merchandise, we will reimburse your credit card for the purchase price of the item, less the original shipping fee. Please allow us 10 business days from the time we receive your item to process your return. Please note that we will not issue a partial product value refund on package deals; all unopened items from a package deal must be returned together to receive a refund.

Product exchange
If you would like to return an unopened item(s), start by contacting us to obtain an RMA number. Be sure to include your RMA number on the outside of the package before shipping. Be sure to include a money order (we do not accept cash or personal checks) for the shipping cost to return the item to you. Please allow us 10 business days from the time we receive your item to process your return. If you refuse a non-defective item, you will be charged for the return shipping costs. If you do not pay these costs directly to the carrier in advance, they may be deducted from your refund, after the product is returned.
Remember that we will only offer an exchange on package deals if all items are being exchanged together!
